The most special thing in our body is water. Our science also tells that the most thing in our body is water. Our body needs many more nutrients such as protein, vitamins ... ... There are many more elements.

But without water  it everything is zero.
Whenever you start the day with water, as soon as you get up from the bed in the morning, you must drink two glasses of whatever you can. Warm or drink cold water in the morning.

After that let it be fresh. It will be very beneficial for your stomach. And when you are fresh, then drink a glass of lukewarm water, then add one spoon of honey. But you will support your liver. You will feel a separate body quite light and agile, it has many more benefits. If you want, you can see by searching on Google, how many benefits are there to drink water and honey together.

After that, when you have lunch, then also make a habit of drinking light hot water.
And even after eating food at night, get used to drinking lukewarm lukewarm water. This will clean your stomach in the morning. And any bad element in the body that is poisonous will slowly go out. It takes at least a week to see the benefit of anything.
You should drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water throughout the day. The rest of the water you drink throughout the day, it is normal to drink warm water throughout the day.

Try whenever you eat food, drink water only after a few minutes, if necessary, you can drink water immediately. Give only normal water to young children, there is no need to give hot water to them, there is nothing more than mother's milk for them.

अगर शरीर स्वस्थ्य है , तो मन भी स्वस्थ होगा।  और मन स्वस्थ्य है तो आप के विचार भी लगभग स्वथ्य ही होंगे।

हमारे शरीर में सबसे खास कुछ है तो वो है पानी। हमारा विज्ञानं भी यही बताता है की हमारे शरीर में सबसे ज्यादा कोई चीज है तो वो है पानी।  हमारे शरीर को और भी कई पोषक तत्वों की जरुरत होते है जैसे की प्रोटीन ,विटामिन्स ... ... जैसे और भी कई तत्वा होते है।
लेकिन पानी तो पानी है बिना इसके सब कुछ शुन्य है।

जब भी दिन की शुरआत करे  पानी से करे ,  जैसे ही सुबह बिस्तर से उठे एक गिलास दो गिलास जो भी आप से हो सके पानी आप जरूर पिए। गरम हो या ठण्डा पानी पिए सुबह सुबह।
उसके बाद फ्रेश होने जाए। यह आप के पेट के लिए काफी फायदे मंद होगा।  और जब आप फ्रेश होके आय तो फिर एक गिलास हल्का गुनगुना पानी पिए हो सके तो एक चम्मच शहद भी मिला ले। ले आप को  आप के लिवर को सपोर्ट करेगा। आप को अलग से शरीर काफी हल्का और फुर्तीला महसूस करेंगे ,  इसके और भी कई फायदे है। आप चाहे तो गूगल पे खोज के पढ़ के देख सकते है की कितने फायदे है पानी और शहद साथ में पीने के।
उसके बाद जब आप लंच कर ले तो उसके बाद भी हल्का गरम पानी पीने की आदत डाले।
और रात में खाना खाने के बाद भी हल्का गुनगुना गरम पानी पीने की आदत डाले।  इस से आप का सुबह पेट अच्छा साफ होगा। और शरीर में जितने भी ख़राब मतलब जहरीले तत्वा है वो धीरे धीरे निकल जायेगा।   किसी भी चीज का फायदा दिखने में कम से कम एक हफ्ते तो लगते ही है।
दिन भर आप को कम से कम 2 से 3 लीटर पानी तो आराम से पे जाना चाहिए।  बाकि दिन भर जो पानी पिए इसको नार्मल ही पिए गरम पानी दिन भर पीने  की जरुरत नहीं है।
कोशिश करे जब भी आप खाना  खाये तो उसके कुछ मिनट बाद ही पानी पिए बहुत जरुरत हो तो तुरंत पानी पी सकते है। कम उम्र के बच्चो को नार्मल पानी ही दे,  गरम पानी उनको देने की  जरुरत नहीं है ,उनके लिए माँ के दूध से बढ़कर कुछ नहीं  है। 
आप जब भी अपने डॉक्टर से मिलने जाय तो इस बारे में आप अपने डॉक्टर से पूछ सकते है .और उनकी राय  लीजियेगा फिर मुझे कमेंट करके बताय।
