Why does crime happen in our society and why do they become criminals?

? अपराध और अपराधी क्यों होते है ?
हमारे समाज में अपराध क्यों होता है और अपराधी क्यों बनते है ?
लगभग विश्व के हर कोने में कही न कही अपराध होते रहते है और उनमें लगातार बढ़ोत्तरी हो रही है।
वैसे अपराध को कई श्रेणी में विभाजित किया जा सकता है।
बचपन में किये गए अपराध ,युवा वस्था में किये गए अपराध ,प्रौढ़ वस्था में किये गए अपराध ,बुढ़ापे में किये गए अपराध ... .....
समाज में हर तरह के लोग मौजूद में गरीब भी अमीर भी और मध्यम श्रेणी में जीवन यापन करने वाले भी।
पर सवाल है अपराध क्यों हो रहा है और अपराधी क्यों बन रहे है ?
कई बार हम सबने सुना और देखा होगा समाचार में टीवी पर या फिर पेपर में पढ़ते हुवे - किसी व्यक्ति को गोली मार दी गयी ,किसी बच्ची का बलात्कार हो गया ,कहि बमबलास्ट हो गया ,कहि दो गुटों में हिंशक झड़प हो गयी हर एक घटना के भिन्न भिन्न कारण होते है।

समाज में कुछ अपराध और अपराधी गलत संगत होने से वो बनते है और अपराध करते है।
कुछ लोग अपने जमीन जायदाद या पुरानी रंजिस के कारण या उनके परिवार को पहले प्रताड़ित किया गया रहा हो या समाज से बहिस्कृत करने के कारण कुछ लोग अपराध बदला लेने के लिए अपराधी बन जाते है।
पर कुछ अपराधी बहुत बड़े बड़े अपराधि होते है उनका शौक कहे या पागलपन लोगों को मारने में उन्हें खुशी मिलती है उनको लगता है वो अपना सम्राज्य बढ़ा रहे है उनके नज़र में सिर्फ दौलत / धर्म ही मुख्य है उनके नजर में दूसरे मनुष्यो का कोई महत्त्व नहीं है।
कुछ अपराधी बनाये जाते है उनका माइंड वाश करके , कुछ को तो बचपन से ही सीखाया जाता है समझाया जाता है की बाकी सब इन्सान गलत है इनको तो होना ही नहीं चाहिए जाता है इस तरह बचपन से ही माइंड वाश किया जाता है।
अपराध और अपराधी जो बनते है या अपराध करते है ऐसा नहीं है की वो सिर्फ ग्वार है पढ़े लिखे नहीं है वो पढ़े लिखे डॉक्टर इंजीनियर भी अपराधी होते है।
कुछ अपराधी अपराध पैसे के लिए करते है।
आज हर कोई एक झटके में धनवान बनना चाहता है मेहनत नहीं करना चाहता है दुसरो को देख के उनसे खुद की तुलना करने लगता है यह भी अपराधी बनने का कारण है। आप इतिहास उठा के देख ले आज जितने बड़े बड़े लोग है और उनकी करोङो अरबो की सम्पत्ति बनी है उसके लिए कितनी मेहनत किया गया है कितनी पीढ़ियों के बाद उनका बिजनेस या वो खुद इस उचे मुकाम पे कितने मेहनत के बाद पहुंचे है।
बच्चो मेहनत करो मन से क्लास स्कूल अटेंड करो दिल से लगो सब अच्छा होगा अपने आप पे भरोसा करो।
और आतंकवादी कितनी क्रूरता से इंसानो को गोली मार देते है बम से उड़ा देते है उनमे छोटे छोटे बच्चे ,जवान ,औरतों - बुजुर्गो को ये आतंकवादी ख़त्म कर देते है एक बार में ही हज़ारो लोगो को मौत के घाट उतार चुके है और ये अपने अपने ग्रुप का नाम भी रखते है और बड़ी शान से कहते है बताते है की हमने उड़ाया हमने मारा आज इस तरह के कई ग्रुप हमारे समाज में मौजूद है। बदले में इनको क्या मिलता है उन शब्दों को लिखना ही बेवकूफी होगा ये पूर्ण रूप से अपराधी होते है ये पढ़े लिखे ग्वार लोग होते है। विज्ञानं को हाथ में ले के घूमते है और विज्ञानं को हो नहीं मानते है ये पूर्ण रूप से पढ़े लिखे ग्वार होते है इनका पढ़ना न पढ़ना सब बेकार है। और ये छोटे छोटे बच्चे महिलाओं को सुसाइड बंबर के रूप में भी इस्तेमाल करते है हमारे समाज की सबसे बड़ी गंदगी ये ही है जिन्हें हम आतंकवादी कहते है ।
कुछ जुवारी नसेड़ी अपराध जुआ खेलने और नशा करने के लिए भी अपराध को अंजाम देते है।
जब इंसान नशा करता है और वो हद से ज्यादा नशा करने लगता है तो उसका दिमाग खुद उसके वश में नहीं रहता है नशा दारू का भी हो सकता है ,ड्रग्स का भी हो सकता है ,गांजे का भी हो सकता है ,पैसे का भी नसा हो सकता है ,पावर/ताक़त का भी नशा हो सकता है ,धर्म का भी नशा हो सकता है ,अपने जाती पाती का भी नशा हो सकता है, कुछ उदघोष शब्द भी नशे से बढ़ चढ़ कर दिमाग पर हावी होते है। इन सब नसों के दिमाग पे चढ़ने पे लगता है जो भी हम कर रहे है सब सही कर रहे है।
कुछ अपराधी पागल भी होते है उनको कुछ भी समझना गलत है उनको सिर्फ कानून और हर देश की पुलिस और फोर्स के बन्दुक से निकली गोली ही उनको समझा सकती है।
आज कल छोटी छोटी बच्चियों का बलात्कार हो रहा है जो की बड़े अपराध है ये अपराध बता रहे है की हमारे समाज के लोगो का दिमाग ख़राब हो गया है।
आज कल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट जैसे की मोबाइल और इंटरनेट बहुत ही आसानी से ख़रीदा जा रहा है और इसका इस्तेमाल मोस्टली लोग गलत करते है गलत चीज़ो को पढ़ना गलत वीडियो देखना किसी भी चीज़ को आसानी से सर्च किया जाता है और उसका इस्तेमाल किसी घटना को अंजाम देने में किया जाता है।
कई बार अपराध गुस्से में हो जाता है और गुस्सा शांत होने पे पछतावा भी होता है। लेकिन इस पछतावे का कोई मतलब नहीं है कहा भी जाता है बन्दुक से निकली गोली और जुबान से निकली बोली वापस नहीं आती है।
कभी कभी किसी को गलत केश में फ़साना और उसका जेल जाना एक स्वस्थ इंसान को बहुत बड़ा अपराधी बनाने में समाज का भी बहुत बड़ा योगदान होता है क्योकि वह इंसान जो कोई अपराध नहीं किया है और वो जेल चला गया और उसके उप्पर दाग लग गया तो इसकी भरपाई तो उन लोगो को करना ही पड़ेगा जिन्होंने उसे फसाया और जेल भेजवाया।
आज कल हम हर जगह सुनते है बैंको से या फिर ATM से पैसे निकाल लिए गए फ्रॉड करके कहि हैक करके कहि गलत तरह से मदत करने के बहाने कार्ड ही बदल लिए और पैसे निकाल लिए या शॉपिंग कर लिया गया। या कोई बैंक से पैसे निकाल के लिए जा रहा हो वह इंसान पता नहीं किस काम के लिए बैंक से पैसे लेकर जा रहा है बेटी की शादी के लिए की इलाज या ओप्रेशन के लिए या क़र्ज़ चुकाने के लिए और रास्ते में किसी ने लूट लिया या छीन लिया गया - अपराध तो अपराध ही होता है वह कोई भी अपराध हो हो।

अपने परिवार के हर सदस्य पे ध्यान दे उनके चाल चलन ,उनके दोस्तों के बारे में भी जानकारी रखने की कोशिश करे ,कब आते है कब जाते है कहा जाते है कोसिस करे उनको ट्रैक करने का समाज में कई तरह के लोग मौजूद है। कभी कभी आस पास के लोग भी परिवार के लोगो को बिगाड़ने की कोसिस करते है है उनके गलतियों पे पर्दा डालते है जिससे उनके हौसले बढ़ते है और वो गलत मार्ग पे जाने लगते है।
