Infosys and Narayana Murthy :-

You know Infosys, you must have heard the name too, but how this company stands before us today…. Shri Narayana Murthy was born in 1946. His father was a teacher and in writing from the very beginning. Tej was Narayana Murthy Ji, who received an Engineer degree from Electrical University from the University of Mysore and later completed Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur.

And in 1981 he along with some of his colleagues started his business with a capital of just a few rupees and since then the time till 1991 was 10 years of great difficulty and hard work. Narayana Murthy lived in a small house with his wife.

And the year of his company Infosys changed in 1991.

Infosys became the first Indian company to be listed in NESDAC and today is counted among the world's successful companies. The Narayana idol is a symbol of simplicity and simplicity. The entire family of Narayana Murthy is still opposed to showy expenses. The children of Narayana Murthy are also required to keep an account of the expenses incurred by themselves.

Dr.Ravindra Kolhe Ji from Nagpur University, after studying MBBS, worked in the very backward area of ​​Melghat, he realized that the problems and needs of these tribals are different. After this, he went back and got an MD degree and came to Melghat again and started his work among the Korku tribals. He was deeply influenced by Vinoba Bhave's work and ideas from the very beginning.

Dr. Ravindra ji visited the districts of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujarat, found that Gadchiroli area of ​​Maharashtra is suffering from Naxalism, poverty and disease, then he decided to stay in Melghat itself. Seeing the danger of Naxalism, his mother persuaded him not to stay there, but Dr. Ravindra Kolheji had decided that he should remain among these tribals. No one could say that he is an MD doctor, seeing his dress and hulia.

The doctor recalls his old days saying that in those days there were only two health centers in this entire area. I had to walk 40 km daily from Dharani to Bairagarh to reach this clinic. I often saw lions in these forests.

Due to the Tiger Reserve area, no work has been done here, except for the development.

To reach the tribals inside the forest, only jeep has support, which goes on the poor land also. The tribals run their work only by doing the springs of the mountain and little agriculture, there is no irrigation system nor pump nor electricity.

In such an environment, an MD Dr. Ravindra Kolhe has been working wholeheartedly for 24 years like a Karmayogi.


For the first time, when a patient comes, they charge him only two rupees and the next time he comes for treatment, he takes only one rupee. He has opened a small clinic at his own expense and he remains the same.

Even today, his fee is only two rupees. At this time some work has been done there in that area.

Today, the doctors make demands for increase in their salary, and after seeing the blood of patients in the private doctor nursing home and five star hospital, this work of Dr. Kolhe seems like an impossible dream.

Today in this dirty society, killing each other for money and in the glare of the metropolis where thousands of crores of rupees is spent only to show others.

Doctor Ravindra has kept honesty and honesty and hope and trust in the heart among such people. And we think that humanity is still alive. And we get the strength that no matter how bad we are, we have to continue fighting them.

आदिवासियों के मसीहा 

नागपुर विश्वविद्यालय से रवीन्द्र कोल्हे जी ने एम बी बी एस की पढाई के बाद मेलघाट के अति पिछडे इलाके में नौकरी की तो उन्हें एहसास हुआ कि इन आदिवासियों की परेशानीया और आवश्यकताएं अलग अलग है।  इसके बाद उन्होने वापस जाकर एमडी की डिग्री हासिल की और पुनः मेलघाट आकर कोरकू आदिवासियों के बिच अपना काम करने लगे।  वे शुरु से ही विनोबा भावे के कार्य और विचारों से बेहद प्रभावित थे। 

डाक्टर रविन्द्र जी ने मध्य प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र और गुजरात के जिलो का दौरा किया, उन्होने पाया की महाराष्ट्र का गढचिरौली इलाका नक्सलवाद, गरीबी और बीमारी से जूझ रहा है, तब उन्होने मेलघाट में ही रहने का फैसला लिया।   उनकी माँ ने नक्सलवाद के खतरे को देखते हुए उन्हें वहा न रहने के लिए बहुत समझाया लेकिन डाक्टर रविन्द्र कोल्हे जी ठान चुके थे कि उन्हें इन आदिवासियों के बीच ही रहना है।  उनका पहनावा और हुलिया देखकर कोई भी नही कह सकता था कि यह एक एमडी डाक्टर हैं।

डाक्टर अपने पुराने दिनो को याद करते हुए कहते है कि  उन दिनों इस पुरे इलाके में सिर्फ दो स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र थे।   मुझे अपने इस क्लिनिक तक पहुचने के लिए धारणी से बैरागढ तक रोजाना 40 किलोमीटर पैदल चलना पडता था।  मुझे इन जंगलो में अक्सर शेर तो जरुर दिखाई दे जाता था  ।

टाइगर रिजर्व इलाका के कारण से यहाँ किसी प्रकार का कार्य नहीं हुआ है डेवलेपमेन्ट को ले के। 

जंगलो के अन्दर आदिवासियों तक पहुचने के लिए सिर्फ जीप का ही सहारा है जो खराब जमीन पर भी चल जाती हैं।  आदिवासि सिर्फ पहाड़ के झरनो और थोडी थोडी खेती करके ही अपना काम चलाते हैं यहा न सिचाई की व्यवस्था है और न ही पम्प की और न ही बिजली हैं। 

ऐसी माहौल में एक एमडी डाक्टर  रविन्द्र कोल्हे 24 साल से दिल से काम कर रहे हैं एक कर्मयोगी की तरह। 

पहली बार जब कोई रोगी आता है तब वे उससे सिर्फ दो रुपये फीस लेते हैं और अगली बार जब वह आता है इलाज के लिए तो सिर्फ एक रुपया लेते हैं।  अपने खुद के खर्च से उन्होने एक छोटा क्लिनिक खोल रखा है और वे वही रहते भी है। 

आज भी उनकी फीस सिर्फ दो रुपये है इस समय थोड़ा कुछ काम हुआ है वहा पे उस इलाके में। 

आज डाक्टर अपनी तनख्वाह बढाने के लिए मांग करते है हडताल करते है और निजी डाक्टर नर्सिंग होम एवं पांच सितारा अस्पताल में मरीजो का खून चुसते देखकर,  डाक्टर कोल्हे का यह कार्य असम्भव एवं सपने जैसी बात लगती हैं। 

आज इस गन्दे समाज में पैसे के लिए एक दूसरे को मारना और महानगर की चकाचौंध में जहा हजारो लाखो करोडो रुपये सिर्फ दुसरो को दिखाने पे खर्च हो जाता है। 

ऐसे लोगों के बीच डाक्टर रविन्द्र मन में इमानदारी और कर्तव्यनिष्ठा और आशा - भरोसा,सच्चाई को जिन्दा कर रखा है।  और हमे आपको लगता है की मानवता अभी जिन्दा है।   और हमे बल मिलता हैं कि बुराइया कितनी भी हो, हमे उनसे निरन्तर लडते रहना है। 

डॉक्टर रविन्द्र कोल्हे जी, रस्किन बांण्ड के इस वाक्य को दोहराते हैं कि " यदी आप मानव की सच्ची सेवा करना चाहते हैं, तो जाइये और सबसे गरीब एवं सबसे उपेक्षित लोगों के बीच जाकर काम कीजिये तथा किसी भी तरह  के धर्म जाती से बंधकर नही खुले दिल से सेवा करके देखिए " 

आप को खुद कितना अच्छा और शकुन मिलेगा।

Mr. King Gillette was born in a small place in 1855, his parents used to do some 'new work'. His father owned a hardware business. In 1871, at the age of 16, his father got burnt all the way and he started running at a very bad time. Everyone from the family moved from Chicago to New York. And Gillette used to work as a sales man in a company, once when he went to work, he saw that there was no edge in his razor so that he could make the beard and the razor was almost finished to make the edge too. He kept thinking like this and one day he too came when he got a chance to open his own company. And in the year 1990, he patented his discovery. Initially it cost more to make than selling it, but they did not give up.

In the year 1990, he could sell only 51 razors and 168 blades and in the second year he sold 90,884 razors and 1,23,648 blades.
And in the year 1998, he set up a factory and sold 4,500 razors and 70 million blades.

And thus he achieved new dimensions of success.

किंग जिलेट का जन्म सन 1855 में एक छोटे सी जगह मे हुआ था ,  उनके माता - पिता कुछ न कुछ ' नया काम '  करते  रहते थे।  उनके पिता का हार्डवेयर का व्यवसाय था।  1871 मे उनकी 16 साल की उम्र में उनके पिता का सारा समान जल गया और बहुत ही खराब समय उनका चलने लगा।  परिवार के सभी लोग शिकागो से न्यूयॉर्क चले गए।   और जिलेट एक कम्पनी में सेल्स मैन का कार्य करते थे,  एक बार काम पे जाने के समय वो दाढी बनाने गये तो देखा उनके उस्तरे में धार नही था कि जिससे वे दाढी बना सके और उस्तरा भी लगभग खत्म सा हो गया था धार बनाने लायक भी नहीं बचा था।   तब वो सोचने लगे और उनको एक विचार आया कि ऐसा कोई उस्तरा - ब्लेड बनाया जाय जिसमे धार देने की जरुरत न हो और वो हल्का भी हो ।

वे इस तरह सोचते रहे और एक दिन वो भी आया जब उनको अपनी खुद की कम्पनी खोलने का मौका मिला  । और सन 1990 में उन्होने अपने खोज को पेटेंट करा लिया।  शुरु में इसकी लागत इसके बेचने से बनाने की ज्यादा पडती थी,  पर उन्होने हार नही मानी। सन  1990 में वे मात्र 51 रेजर और 168 ब्लेड ही बेच सके और दुसरे साल उन्होने 90,884 रेजर बेचा और 1,23,648 ब्लेड बेचा ।

और साल 1998 में उन्होने एक फैक्टरी लगाई और 4,500 रेजर बेचा तथा 70 मिलियन ब्लेड बेचा। और इस तरह उन्होने सफलता के नये आयाम हासिल किये। जिलेट जी के से हम प्रेरणा पाते हैं  -

What did I do today -

This morning my mother came to my room at seven in the morning and closed the fan in my room. So due to the heat, my sleep was broken and at eight o'clock I left my bed and went to take a bath and came back to take fresh tea with a biscuit. Net for a while, everyone's message was read on whats up and replied to the incoming message. Because it has been a long time since I missed my job, so I did not have to go anywhere, I do not like to go out of the house without any work and without calling anyone. Then I read the latest news of my country and other countries on mobile and then ate food at eleven o'clock. Since this morning, I was feeling very confused, so I turned on my laptop and started searching for the best Hollywood movie, while searching, I found a film 'Train to Bhusan'. This movie is fantastic movie .........Now, as soon as the lion has got a blood in my mouth, I started searching for another film, then I found a film about Akash Galaxy whose name and screen photo was liked, which was 'Prometheus' was a science-based film and it was a very cool film. Then start searching for what is a fast third film, you can call it an action film called 'You Soldier Day of Reckoning' on YouTube, it was fun from start to finish. Today was a full film day.

Then in the evening I went to bathe again, took half an hour's bath and came to drink tea and then started searching for a movie for tomorrow.

Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India, Mr. S. H. Kapadia Ji.

The Supreme Court judge wrote in a letter to BR Krishna Iyer. The 38th Chief Justice of India, Mr. Kapadiaji started his life journey as an office assistant.

He had an indomitable desire to become a 'judge'. Born in a lower middle class Parsi family, Kapadiaji's father was a clerk and mother was a homemaker. The burden of studies was quite heavy on him, so Homi Kapadia had to work at a law firm named Behram Ji Jeejeebhai. Nobody had ever imagined that this boy could ever embellish the post of Chief Justice of India.

At the age of 27, in 1974, he became the council in the Income Tax Department. In 1991, he was appointed as Additional Judge in Bombay High Court. On 5 August 2003, he was made the Chief Justice of the High Court and in December 2003 the Supreme Court. On 12 May 2010, he was administered the oath of Chief Justice of India by the President.

Justice SH Kapadia has kept himself free from all kinds of political pressure and has given many important decisions. Many successful efforts have been made to improve the proper addition in the justice system of this country.

भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय के पूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीश श्री एस एच कपाडिया जी । 

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश बीआर कृष्णा अय्यर को लिखे एक पत्र में लिखे थे।  भारत के 38 वें मुख्य न्यायाधीश श्री कपाडिया जी ने अपनी जीवन यात्रा एक आॅफिस असिस्टेंट की तरह प्रारम्भ की थी।

उनकी 'जज' बनने की अदम्य इच्छा थी।  एक निम्न मध्यम वर्गीय पारसी परिवार में जन्मे कपाडिया जी के पिता एक क्लर्क थे एवं माता गृहणी।  पढाई का बोझ उनपर काफी भारी था, इसलिए होमी कपाडिया को बेहराम जी   जीजीभाई नाम की एक लाॅ फर्म पर नौकरी करनी पडी।  कभी किसी ने कल्पना भी नहीं की थी कि यह लड़का कभी भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के पद को भी सुशोभित कर सकते हैं।

27 वर्ष की उम्र में सन 1974 में वे आयकर विभाग में काउन्सिल बने।  वर्ष 1991 में बाॅम्बे हाइ कोर्ट में उन्हें एडीशनल जज के रुप में नियुक्ति मिली।  5 अगस्त 2003 को उन्हें हाई कोर्ट में मुख्य न्यायाधीश तथा दिसम्बर 2003 में उच्चतम न्यायालय में जज बनाए गए।  12 मई 2010 को उन्हें भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश की शपथ राष्ट्रपति द्वारा दिलाई गई।

न्यायमूर्ति एस एच कपाडिया ने स्वंय को हर प्रकार के राजनैतिक दबाव से मुक्त रखा है एवं अनेक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय दिए हैं।  इस देश की न्याय प्रणाली में समुचित परिवर्धन सुधार हेतु अनेक सफल प्रयास किए हैं।

A snake-snake suddenly came in the afternoon near Chaupala overbridge on the National Highway in Amroha, UP. Due to which the speed of vehicles stopped. Been jamming for an hour. On arrival, the police team caught the snakes with the help of a person trapped in the jam. After this the traffic could be made smooth.

The incident is connected near the Chaupala overbridge on the National Highway of Gajraula. Seeing two snakes in the middle of the road, there was chaos on the spot. The drivers stopped the vehicles. The highway was jammed for about an hour. There was a queue of vehicles for one kilometer. On information, Inspector-in-charge RP Sharma reached the spot with the team. With the help of the police, a person present courageously grabbed both snakes and closed them in a bag. People breathed a sigh of relief. After the opening of the jam, the police made the traffic smooth after a lot of effort. Inspector in-charge said that both snakes have been handed over to the Forest Department team after being caught.
