Bathua is a common greens eaten in every household. It contains a lot of vitamin A, calcium, phosphorus and potassium. Bathua is also used to cure many diseases.(It is found in the wheat season, in the winter months-Dicember,January,Feb,March) 
Bathua is also used to cure many diseases. It is found in the Americas, Europe and Australia, including Asia. Bathu should always be eaten in a limit because it contains a very high level of oxalic acid. Eating too much of it can also cause diarrhea. Bathua is no less effective than amla in maintaining the original color of hair. It contains more quantity of vitamins and minerals than amla. Iron, phosphorus and vitamins A and D are found in plenty in it.

Advantages of Bathua:
Dental problem:-

Chewing raw leaves of Bathuay benefits in bad breath, pyorrhea and other problems associated with teeth.

Relieve constipation:-
Bathua is very effective in relieving constipation. It is very beneficial in the problem of thia, paralysis and gas.

Increases appetite:-
For health problems like loss of appetite, delayed digestion, sour belching, eating Bathua is also beneficial.

Clean the blood:-
If Bathuye is eaten with the juice of 4-5 Neem leaves, the blood gets purified from inside. Also, blood circulation is also good.

Eliminate insects:-
If children are fed Bathua continuously for a few days, their stomach worms die. Bathua is also beneficial in stomachache.

Cure skin diseases:-
Boil Bathuye and drink its juice and prepare it as vegetable and eat it. It also provides relief in skin diseases like white spots, boils, pimples and itching. Apart from this, grind the leaves of Bathua and extract its juice. Now add half a cup of sesame oil to 2 cups of juice and cook it on low heat. Drink its water.
