How to make easy & healthy food

What to cook most easily and quickly? What is the easiest thing to prepare to eat?   If you are in a hurry and have to make something then what to make and what to eat which is also postic. Let us know and also make it. Today your Sharad will prepare something quickly to eat. take one and half  handfuls of rice Take a handful of Pigeon pea(arhar/tur daall) or whatever Lentils you like. take at least two potatoes take a green chilli and take some salt a pinch of  turmeric.   Quickly clean dust the rice with water  but check once that the rice is not dirty, meaning there is no soil or fine stones, lead or pebbles in it.
